Redesign of Support Portal and Knowledge Base
Introduction
As part of the rebranding process of Priority Software, I was tasked with designing “Priority Xpert”, the company’s support portal and knowledge base.
The Goal
The project aimed to enhance the site’s aesthetics, usability, and functionality, ultimately making it more user-friendly and efficient for users to access information and receive support.
Research Insights
Users from Generation Y and Generation Z took at least 3 courses on at least 2 platforms in the past two years.
Most users who enroll to online courses do not necessarily finish them all
People take online courses as part of training at work, for personal and professional development, and enrichment
The Challenge
At the project's outset, we identified several key challenges. The existing site was cluttered, unclear, and not user-friendly. Users encountered difficulties in locating relevant information and seeking assistance, leading to frustration and decreased site engagement.
